We’re flexible and here to communicate in ways that suit you best. Most clients reach out via WhatsApp, include us in their Slack channels, or send requests through email. Others prefer to set up regular weekly or monthly calls.

During your discovery call with Kara, you can discuss everything you’re looking to outsouce and she will be able to recommend a package based on your needs. We usually recommend you start on our lowest monthly package if you’ve not worked with a VA before and we can build as your needs develop. Our packages start at 10hrs per month.

By working with a VA instead of a full-time employee, you're saving significantly on things like: insurance, sick pay, holiday pay, hardware and equipment, training, office space, pension plans and HR support.

Invoices are issued on the last Friday of each month, with payment due within 7 days. Payment details are provided on each invoice for convenience.
For new clients, a 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance will be invoiced at the end of the month. From the following month onward, you’ll receive an invoice for the full package amount on the last day of each month.
